Wat Phra That Doi Suthep
First constructed in 1383, it is one of the sacred temples for Thai Buddhists because it is said that its stupa contains a bone relic of the Buddha. The temple is 15 kilometres from the city of Chiang Mai. From the temple, impressive views of Chiang Mai can be seen.
